Organizational units of the Department:

  • Section for Labor Law Relations;
  • Section for Human Resources Development and Management;

The Department performs the following works:

  • ensuring and realizing the rights of employees at work and based on work;
  • preparation of reports, analyzes and other necessary records with data on employees;
  • custodianship of personnel files of employees;
  • preparation of statements and documentation for the purposes of managing labor disputes;
  • monitoring of regulations from their jurisdiction;
  • providing expert opinions regarding the application of regulations in the field of labor relations;
  • monitoring, analyzing and proposing measures for more rational and efficient performance of works in the RGA;
  • preparation of proposals for programs for professional development and training and onboarding of employees;
  • human resources management according to strategy and set goals;
  • preparation of plans, work programs and analysis of implementation;
  • creating a unique registry of employees;
  • creation and updating of internal documentation;
  • establishment of a performance monitoring system and evaluation of employees' work;
  • taking care of the proper implementation of the work performance evaluation procedure and the implementation of competition procedures in the RGA;
  • preparation and provision of professional assistance in the drafting of an act on internal organization and systematization of workplaces in the RGA;
  • monitoring employee turnover, motivation and absenteeism and making the necessary analyses;
  • establishment of personnel development, career planning;
  • creation of work procedures, monitoring the implementation of procedures;
  • monitoring the needs for professional development and maintenance of internal trainings;
  • preparation of acts for the purposes of conducting disciplinary proceedings;
  • stimulating measures;
  • employment planning, implementation of recruitment and selection according to the job description;
  • proposing measures to improve work processes using human resources.
