The cadastral alarm informs the owner or someone who holds a legal interest, in real time, about changes, in terms of submitting any request, as well as about any activity related to a certain property.

Using the application enables constant insight into real estate data and receiving notifications about actions, aimed at protecting property rights. Users of the application are notified if there is a request for a change of ownership or registration of annotations, pre-registration and encumbrances, litigation, error correction.

Notifications about possible changes are provided via e-mail. With the introduction of the Cadastral Alarm, the Republic Geodetic Authority completed a system that effectively protects property rights, and includes the use of eStamp, a service for confirming the authenticity of electronic documents and the latest application for defense and protection against cyber attacks.

With digitalization and new services, the Republic Geodetic Authority has prevented the abuse of the land administration system outside the Cadastre by identifying all frauds and omissions that occurred before the registration procedure in the Cadastre. Property registered in the Cadastre can never be the subject of illegal actions and malfeasance, because now the digital system of the RGA automatically detects it, and the Cadastral Alarm warns.

To receive information about all changes related to the property you are following, you simply need to fill out the request available at www.rgz.gov.rs/usluge/katastarski-alarm and verify it with your certified electronic signature.
