SERVICES OF THE REAL ESTATE CADASTRE
The Real Estate Cadastre is a fundamental and public register of real estate and property rights pertaining to them, which represents the most important instrument and mechanism of control for the property conveyance. A registered property is safe and secure property.
Registration of Real Estate and Property Rights
Property registration is:
- registration of data on parcel,
- registration of data on construction,
- registration of data on part of construction.
Registration assigns, transfers, limits or terminates the rights of ownership and other real rights pertaining to real estate.
The procedure of cadastral registration is initiated and handled:
- ex officio, upon the delivery of document by the delivery obligee (notaries public, public bailiffs, courts and administration organs)
- upon the client's request via professional users (lawyers and geodetic organizations)

Issuing Data from the Real Estate Cadastre
Documents issued:
- extract from the geodetic cadastral information system (GCIS) database
- property folio
- copy of cadastral map
- certificates
- verifications
- reports
- data
- documents (documents from requests)
Paths for the clients to submit the request:
- over professional users
- directly to the Local Real Estate Cadastre Offices by scheduling an appointment via e-mail
All documents are issued in electronic form, and upon client's request may also be issued in the paper document form.
The extract from the GCIS database may be issued by notaries public and professional users - entrepreneurs and legal persons registered in the register of geodetic organizations and the document issued in this manner has the same validity as if it has been issued by the Republic Geodetic Authority.

The amount of republic administrative fee is available at www.rgz.gov.rs
Data from the cadastre are public and everyone may inspect the data at the RGA's portal.
