A planning document is an act by which a participant in the planning system sets goals, determines public policy priorities, that is, plans measures and activities to achieve them, within the framework of its competences and in connection with its operation.
Public policies are the directions of action of the Republic of Serbia, autonomous provinces and local government units, in certain areas, in order to achieve the desired goals at the society level.
In 2023, the Republic Geodetic Authority is involved in the implementation of the following planning documents, either as a carrier of activities or as a partner in implementation:
Action plan for the implementation of the Government Program 2023-202
The Action Plan for the Implementation of the Government Program (APIGP) is an operational document of the Government, which is drawn up with the aim of more efficiently achieving the Government's planned results. It was established as an instrument to monitor the implementation of the Government's Program, by further elaborating the priorities from the Program through the priority goals that the Government wants to achieve during the mandate.
Within the framework of APIGP 2023-2026, the Republic Geodetic Authority is involved in achieving the Priority goal: 3.3. Improvement of conditions for housing, traffic infrastructure and liberalization of the traffic regime, as part of the results:
Economic reforms program (ERP) for the period from 2023 to 2025
In order to increase the competitiveness of the agricultural and food sector in the Republic of Serbia, the Government of the Republic of Serbia recognized the importance and role of the Republic Geodetic Authority and included part of the activities from the scope of its work in the Economic Reforms Program for the period 2023-2025, through structural reform - Improving the competitiveness of agriculture. The activities of the Republic Geodetic Authority within the framework of this structural reform relate to the digitization of the procedure for performing expert supervision over geodetic-technical works in the land consolidation process and the adoption of the corresponding by-law.

Action plan for the implementation of the Electronic Government Development Program in the RoS for the period from 2023 to 2025
The Program for the development of electronic administration in the Republic of Serbia for the period from 2023 to 2025 is a public policy document by which the Government plans the development of electronic administration in the Republic of Serbia for that period. With this program, the development of e-government is foreseen so that information systems, platforms, software and the complete infrastructure used by public administration are established so that they are equally accessible to all users.

Program for simplification of administrative procedures and regulations "e-PAPER" for the period 2023-2025 represents a public policy document that elaborates in more detail the goals and measures established by the adopted public policy documents in connection with the optimization and digital transformation of administrative procedures related to the economy and citizens, at the national, provincial and local levels.

The medium-term plan is a comprehensive planning document that is adopted for a period of three years and that enables the connection of public policies with the medium-term expenditure framework.
The medium-term plan is drawn up on the basis of valid public policy documents, while respecting the Government's priority goals, available capacities and resources, as well as changes in the factual situation in relation to the time when those public policy documents were adopted.
