SERVICES OF THE UTILITY CADASTRE

The Utility Cadastre is a set of geospatial and other data about utilities, real rights on them and owners of real rights. Utilities are above- and underground lines with associated devices and facilities for water supply, sewage and drainage, hot water, electric power, telecommunications, oil and gas networks, including common utility facilities that house several types of lines. Associated devices and facilities include devices that are built on the utilities, and which enable the functioning and purposeful use of the utilities, and cannot be separated from the utilities without destruction or significant damage (fully incorporated parts of the utilities).

The Utility Cadastre is a unique system in the world that enables the disposal of registered utility (conveyance, registration of lien on utility...).

Registration of Utility and Utility Rights in the Utility Cadastr

The investor, i.e. the holder of the right to utility, is obliged to submit a request for the registration of the change to the utility, no later than seven days before the start of the construction or reconstruction of the utility, or within seven days from the day of removal or cessation of use of the utility. Underground utilities may not be buried before the geodetic measurement and data collection of the utilities.

The request is submitted:

• through the eFrontDesk via the geodetic organization that is contracted to carry out the works in the field,
• ex officio when the geodetic works elaborate is submitted by the competent authority.

Documents from the Utility Cadastre database are:

• utility folio
• copy of the cadastral map of the lines
• certificates on the data of the last state in the Utility Cadastre
• report on displaced and abandoned utilities

The client may submit the request:

• via professional user
• directly to the Department for Utility Cadastre at the time of appointment obtained via e-mail

On the territory of the Republic of Serbia, there are 9 Departments for Utility Cadastre, namely: Belgrade, Novi Sad, Kraljevo, Pančevo, Kragujevac, Valjevo, Užice, Vranje and Niš.
