Organizational units of the Department:

  • Section for Budget and Accounting;
  • Section for Calculation;
  • Section for Internal Control and Public Revenues Collection;

 

The Department performs the following works:

  • preparation of the budget for the line of the Republic Geodetic Authority;
  • financial planning and budget execution;
  • drawing up estimates of income and expenditures, execution of expenditures through the treasury and preparation of periodic reports on the execution of budget expenditures;
  • preparation, payment and control of accounting documents as well as their recording;
  • supervision of the financial and material operations of internal units at the headquarters and outside the headquarters of the RGA;
  • preparation of financial plans and monitoring of their implementation;
  • calculation of wages and other personal revenues of employees, calculation and payment of contracts on temporary and periodic jobs and calculation and payment of work contracts;
  • calculation of compensation for employee expenses charged to business expenses, calculation of per diem expenses for business travel;
  • execution of expenditures at the expense of budget revenues, execution of business expenditures at the expense of income from original activities;
  • timely collection of revenues on the day of realization;
  • executing expenditures of local real estate cadastre offices;
  • defining procedures and prescribing common criteria for the organization and procedure of internal control;
  • monitoring the implementation of the collection of public revenues, taking measures for collection in accordance with the regulations and performing compulsory collection tasks;
  • analysis and monitoring of the collection of public revenues and taking measures to initiate forced collection and preparation of reports;
  • performing control of cost effectiveness, efficiency and economic expediency and compliance with prescribed procedures of the treasury according to requests for the execution of expenditures;
  • control and monitoring of the execution of the forced collection procedure, as well as proposing the initiation of the forced collection procedure and drawing up reports;
  • following methodological and other instructions for the uniform handling of the local real estate cadastre offices in the segment related to the collection of the Republic administrative fee;
  • preparation of reports, analysis and information in order to determine the correct factual situation and legal basis in the enforcement procedure;
  • participation in the preparation of professional bases for drafting laws and proposals for by-laws from the scope of the Department;
  • participation in the development of the RGA's medium-term work program;
  • creating the Department's work plan and monitoring its implementation.
