 The Sector performs the following works

  • monitoring and application of modern approaches for integral strategic planning, development and management of the RGA's business model and processes;
  • monitoring and application of modern methods, tools and techniques of integral planning and management of development projects and programs in the RGA;
  • monitoring and coordination of legal-technical and organizational implementation of new and improved business procedures and work methodologies in the RGA;
  • planning, organizing and coordinating the work of annual and program planning in the RGA;
  • monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the implementation and achievement of the RGA's annual and medium-term work plan;
  • participation and performance of professional work on the drafting of strategic and other development documents of the Institute;
  • participation in the development of professional bases for the development of draft laws and by-laws from the scope of the RGA;
  • coordination of the RGA's project activities through management and maintenance of the project management database and system;
  • proposing projects in accordance with the established methodology of project management in the RGA;
  • evaluation and prioritization of project activities in accordance with the RGA's strategy and preparation of relevant project documentation;
  • determination and implementation of the organizational and technical framework for project activities and results;
  • analysis and planning of measures to improve the quality of data and the efficiency and integration of databases, services and information systems within the jurisdiction of the RGA;
  • monitoring the harmonization of activities and results of the Sector and the RGA with strategic projects and goals of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and relevant global and European Union initiatives;
  • monitoring of modern approaches and standards in the field of system integration for yielding the advantages of electronic administration and the information society;
  • maintaining a register of processes, and monitoring and evaluating the success of business processes and procedures in accordance with the established methodology (parameters);
  • management of the business analytics database (for collection and organization) of data for managerial decision-making;
  • management and development of the property mass valuation system and improvement of its components;
  • monitoring and analyzing regulations and professional documents, international guidelines and trends, proposing innovations, as well as the development of new products and services in the areas under the competence of the RGA;
  • proposing, coordinating and participating in the implementation of solutions for improvement, a sustainable system of collecting, processing and using data from the property market;
  • participation in the creation and updating of the property mass valuation model and the creation of the RGA property price index, as well as in its updating and publication;
  • participation in the implementation of the mass valuation system for the purposes of property taxation;
  • developing expert analyses and proposing measures to improve the quality of data of the Property Price Register (PPR);
  • maintaining and developing the functionality of the Property Price Register system and public access to the price register, as well as monitoring the implementation of services and work with professional users;
  • preparation and publication of periodic Reports on the state of the property market;
  • coordination of the establishment of a property mass valuation system with local government units and other institutions;
  • preparation of public information plans;
  • preparation of communication procedures within the RGA and procedures on the flow of information;
  • preparation and execution of public and media announcements related to the RGA's activities;
  • carrying out tasks in the creation of intranet, webpage, newsletters and other publications within the competence of the Department;
  • preparing proposals for improving the work of the Customer Service based on the performed analyses;
  • cooperation with other organizational units of the RGA;
  • supervising the performance of the RGA's work on the basis of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
