e-Cadastre – Registered Users
The e-Cadastre offers users access to the property data that is registered in the Real Estate Cadastre and Land Cadastre, as well as data on property rights to real estate and other rights and facts whose registration in the cadastre is provided for by law, in a simple and easy way, without visiting the front desk.
In addition to searching data via the parcel number and address from the Address Register, registered users can also search via the name of the property rights holder (name and surname, i.e. the name of the legal entity) or official ID number (UPIN, i.e. the registration number of the legal entity). Registered users have access to all Real Estate Cadastre data, including detailed data on encumbrances and rights holders.
Only registered users who have an agreement with the RGA on the use of Real Estate Cadastre data have access to the Web application.
