REPORTS ON REGULATED AND PARTIALLY REGULATED PROPERTY MARKET SYSTEM
For every country, it is vitally important that property conveyance takes place within the framework of regulations and institutions that make up the regulated market.
On the basis of the data it has in its registers, the RGA had reached an insight into the existence of an increasingly frequent practice of property trading outside of the regulated framework in which the rights of participants in these transactions are protected.
As a result, the Republic Geodetic Authority publishes Reports on the regulated and partially regulated property market system, explaining the terms as well as the consequences for citizens and the state. The analyses presented in these reports were performed on the basis of data from the property market submitted by the solemnizing authorities, which were registered in the Property Price Register.
