Data from the Real Estate Price Register
Data in the Property Price Register are collected for the purposes of property mass valuation in accordance with the Rulebook on Property Valuation.
PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY PRICE REGISTER
Public access to the data from the Property Price Register for the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia is completely free and available to the citizens since November 2014. This platform ensures complete transparency of the market by informing the public of buyers and sellers and other participants in the property market.

Data on individual purchases and sales of properties from the Property Price Register published:
- property type and subtype sold
- property area sold (area multiplied by share)
- sales date
- price currency
- price amount.
Individual sales from the Register are marked with a marker (dot) on the graphical base map, according to the approximate location of the property within the cadastral municipality.
The data on public access is of an informative nature, the main purpose of which is to achieve market transparency through informing the public and is not intended for professional conclusions about the property market.
Features of public access to the Property Price Register:
- Sales of properties are shown (purchase, purchase from investors, sale between relatives, sale at public auction)
- Up-to-date status of the data is indicated on the page
- The approximate location is shown - limited zoom, point size, comment in the property description "approximate location" means street location
- After selecting the type of property, sales are displayed containing the sale of at least one property of the selected type
- The displayed sales change depending on the selected time interval
- There is a limitation in the display - a maximum of 250 sold properties selected at random from the given time range are displayed
- If several properties of different types were sold in one contract, in addition to the selected type of property, other properties from that transaction are also displayed, regardless of the property type
- If the sale has the description "Several properties in conveyance", it is possible that there are properties in this type of conveyance that will not be displayed for public access.
- Sales between legal entities are not shown because they are not limited to property transactions, as well as transactions where automatic determination of location is not possible
- Certain changes in the data are possible due to the data control and verification procedure
REPORT ON COMPLETED PROPERTY SALES
Access for registered users of the Property Price Register is available HERE.
According to the Rulebook on Property Valuation and Value Registration, banks, court experts, appraisers, real estate agencies, as well as other legal entities engaged in activities related to real estate valuation and management may become registered users.
Procedure for accessing the "Professional User" role:
- Send the completed "User access data" form (provided in attachment) to the e-mail address sr@rgz.gov.rs or procena@rgz.gov.rs,
- After opening a user account by the Department for Property Valuation and Value Registration, the user receives initial data for account verification via e-mail and instructions for accessing and using the Property Price Register application through the "Professional User" role.
When logging in for the first time to the Property Price Register, the user should read and agree to the terms of use, which ensures the formal conditions stipulated by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights. By accepting the terms of use, the rights and obligations of the contracting parties are regulated.
Accounts opened in the Property Price Register are personal. The user has no right to assign their account or data for any purpose other than the stated ones

Form of the request for data issuance
The subject of the request may be data from the Property Price Register on sales related to one type and subtype of property, realized in a certain area (municipality, cadastral municipality, one or more cadastral parcels, street or part of a street) in a certain period of time.
FEES FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES
Pursuant to the Tariff Number 215k of the Law on Republic Administrative Fees ("Official Gazette RS", No. 43/03, 51/03, 61/05, 101/05, 5/09, 54/09, 50/11, 70/11, 55/12, 93/12, 47/13, 65/13, 57/14, 45/15, 83/15, 112/15, 50/16, 61/17, 113/17, 3/18, 50/18, 95/18, 38/19, 86/19, 90/19, 98/20, 144/20, 62/21,138/22 and 54/23), the fee for issuing the data from the Property Price Register is RSD 770.00 per individual report.
One request may cover multiple reports.
