The property market represents an interactive relationship between a buyer and a seller of a certain type of property. When both parties participating in the transaction have a certain degree of information from the property market, it can be stipulated that there is knowledge about the market value of a property and it naturally evolves towards a mature and developed market.
Data from the property market are used by appraisers, commercial banks, insurance companies, investors, the construction sector, public administration and local governments, the National Bank of Serbia, scientific researchers, the media, international financial institutions and other participants in the property market, as a foundation of making informed decisions and providing better services and products.
